She is currently feeling overwhelmed in the shelter environment at Greenbrier Humane Society. With each passing day, her nervousness grows, and she has started to withdraw from the staff who are eager to help her. Nova desperately needs a change of scenery—a loving foster home where she can feel safe and begin to rediscover what it means to be a dog! We believe that even being around other animals could help coax her out of her shell and rekindle her playful spirit. Tomorrow, our behavioral specialist will conduct a dog test, and while we expect her to be nervous, we are hopeful that she will warm up to potential furry friends. If you're considering fostering Nova, we would be delighted to arrange a meet-and-greet with your pets to ensure a perfect match. Tiny Buckland This dog looks like the one I had been giving food and water to. I've been so worried about her! I think someone just dumped her because she would go back to the same spot,people dont realize that when they decide they dont want them anymore and they dump them. That breaks the dogs spirit.
